Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information.

Could you tell me about the condition of the products?

The products we sell will be classified in these categories.

Brand new with tags: These products have never been worn or used. It will arrive with the original packaging or with the tags attached. 

Used: These products have been worn or used. Please see additional pictures for signs of use. 

Are the products you sell genuine?

All products have been checked and authenticated by our trained staff before being listed on our site.

Please be assured that you are purchasing from a trusted source. 

We are not affiliated with any brands sold on our site. 

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Please contact us on info@akmlondon.com if you wish to cancel your order. However, we will not be able to cancel an order if the item has already been dispatched.

AKM London does not deliver to my country of residence?

If we do not ship to your country, please contact us on info@akmlondon.com and we can arrange the item to be delivered to you. Additional charges may apply.
